The Route

Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1. By registering for and/or participating in the 12.5 km Marathon , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The Event is organized by Dr. Graham’s Homes, hereafter referred to as “the Organizer.”
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must be at least 14 years of age on the date of the Event.
2.2. Participants below 18 years of age must provide written parental or guardian consent.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without assigning a reason.
3. Registration
3.1. Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the registration fee.
3.2. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to close registration once capacity is reached or on the final registration date.
4. Medical and Fitness
4.1. Participants confirm they are physically fit and have trained sufficiently for the Event.
4.2. Participants with known medical conditions must consult a physician before registering.
4.3. Medical support will be available on the route and at the start/finish line.
5. Event Conduct
5.1. Participants must follow the instructions of race officials and marshals at all times.
5.2. The use of headphones or mobile phones while running is discouraged for safety reasons.
5.3. Any form of cheating (e.g., shortcuts, pacing by non-participants) will result in disqualification.
6. Event Changes and Cancellation
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, or route of the Event due to weather or other circumstances beyond their control.
6.2. If the Event is canceled due to force majeure, the Organizer is not obligated to issue refunds.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1. Participants take part at their own risk. The Organizer will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Event.
7.2. Participants are encouraged to obtain personal accident insurance.
8. Use of Image and Data
8.1. By participating, you consent to the use of your name, image, and race results in media coverage and promotional materials.
8.2. Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and used solely for Event purposes.
9. Race Timing and Results
9.1. Timing chips (if provided) must be worn as directed to record official times.
9.2. Final results will be based on chip or gun time as determined by the Organizer.
10. Code of Conduct
10.1. Participants must act with respect toward fellow runners, volunteers, and staff.
10.2. Littering on the route is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
11. Agreement
11.1. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
